These rank plots, not businesses. A plot’s position here reflects what has been paid for it and how often it has changed hands. It is not a rating, review, verification, accreditation or endorsement of the business advertising on it, and nothing on this page should be read as one.

Credit value

The plot's credit value: the £5 claim plus development bought during the current occupancy, shown in Club Credits because that is what a displaced holder gets back, and what a takeover is priced from. Trading never raises it; only development does, and it resets when a term expires.

What has been paid to develop the plot, at GBP 5 a stage and capped at GBP 500. A takeover never changes it, so this is the one board that cannot be climbed by trading.
