Claim The Club

Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Ludren Technologies Limited for using Claim The Club.

Version 2026-11-01.

1. Who we are

Claim The Club is provided by Ludren Technologies Limited, the company you contract with when you buy here. Our company details and how to reach us are on Contact.

These terms, together with the Plots, takeovers and Club Credits document you accept at checkout, our Refunds and cancellations page and our Privacy Notice, are the whole agreement for using the service. Where these terms and the plot document differ about a plot, a takeover or Club Credits, the version of the plot document recorded against your order is what you agreed to.

2. Who the service is for

Claim The Club is provided for customers purchasing advertising for business, trade, craft or professional purposes. By creating an account or buying anything you confirm that you are acting for such a purpose and not as a consumer for private use, and that you are entitled to act for the business you name.

A plot is a business advertising service: a six-month licence to show one brand on one plot of an online map. It is not property, an investment, a share, a financial product, a bet, a prize or an auction between customers. Nothing about it appreciates or pays a return, and nothing we show about a plot or a business is a verification, an endorsement or an accreditation.

3. Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email address; there is no password. You are responsible for keeping that mailbox secure and for everything done from your account. Tell us at once if you think somebody else has used it.

One account may hold several plots and several brands. You may close your account at any time by contacting us; a live plot term continues to its end date unless you ask us to release it, and no refund arises from closing an account (see Refunds and cancellations).

4. Buying, paying and the plot document

What you are buying, the price, the term and end date, your takeover protection, the plot's credit value and what you would receive if displaced are shown before you pay, and the Plots, takeovers and Club Credits document explains every rule. Continuing records your agreement to that document's version and to those figures against your order. Prices are in pounds sterling, and the price shown is the amount charged; where VAT applies it is included.

Card payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. A plot is yours only when the payment has settled and we have confirmed it; being returned from the payment page is not by itself a confirmation. If a payment settles for a plot that has changed hands in the meantime, we hold the money, tell you, and refund or correct it.

One Club Credit gives £1 off an eligible Claim The Club purchase. Club Credits cannot be transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for cash. Credits expire twelve months after they are issued.

5. Takeovers, protection and the end of a term

During a term another member may take your plot over unless it is protected, and if that happens your licence ends and you receive the plot's credit value as Club Credits. An agreed takeover is part of the service and does not create a right to a cash refund. How protection is earned, how a takeover is priced and what comes back to you are set out in Plots, takeovers and Club Credits, sections 3 to 5.

A term that runs its full six months has been supplied in full; it ends unless you renew in the last seven days, and no refund or credits arise from its natural end.

6. What you may show on a plot

You may show a brand name, a logo, a short description, a category and a link to your own website, for a business you are entitled to represent. You must have the right to use everything you upload, and it must be lawful, accurate and not misleading. You must not show content that infringes anybody's rights, that is defamatory, obscene, hateful or illegal, or that advertises anything it would be unlawful for us to advertise.

Anyone can report content. We may restrict a logo, a description or a link, or hide a listing, while we look into a report, and you can appeal. A restriction never changes who holds the plot or what they paid. We may end a licence without refund for a serious or repeated breach of these rules.

7. Our service and our liability

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise any level of traffic, enquiries, clicks or results from a plot, and the visit and click figures we show you are an indication, not an audited measure.

The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We are not liable for loss of profit, business, revenue or goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for anything arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

8. Refunds, complaints and your rights

Your advertising placement begins when payment settles. Payments are normally non-refundable once the service has started. We will correct or refund duplicate or incorrect charges, and provide the remedies required if the service is not supplied as described or applicable law requires otherwise. The detail is on Refunds and cancellations.

How to complain is on Contact. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded, and nothing here is a waiver of your statutory rights.

9. Changes, closure and the law that applies

We may update these terms and the plot document. A change applies to purchases made after it; the version recorded against an existing order is never rewritten, and a material change to the plot document requires fresh acceptance at your next purchase.

If Claim The Club is ever wound down we give at least six months' notice, honour existing terms and protection to the closure date, and let credits be spent until a published final-use date; see Plots, takeovers and Club Credits, section 10.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim elsewhere that cannot be excluded.
